Due to promotion and continued investment within our Research Management teams we are looking to recruit two Administrators to join our teams within our National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) co-ordinating centre in Southampton.

Our research helps turn discoveries into new or improved treatments, diagnostics, medical technologies, and services. What will you be doing?
The role of the administrator is providing comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative support to the teams supporting part of the research management lifecycle. You will do this by:
- Organising Internal and external meetings
- Be responsible for timely and accurate completion of a variety of tasks using our electronic research information systems.
- Communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders- answering queries and acting as first point of contact for generic queries within your team.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes.

- Strong organisational skills combined with a good attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
- An interest in supporting the development of Health and Care research in the UK could be advantageous;
