Role Description
About the Role
This varied role will be at the heart of MK:U operations in our busy building in central Milton Keynes. You will be the main point of contact for all arrivals, including students, our Innovation Hub members, visitors and staff, providing them with a first-class reception experience. You will work closely with our growing team across MK:U and Cranfield University, co-ordinating a range of activities and welcoming guests and visitors to our state of the art education and innovation facilities.
About You
You will enjoy working with a diverse team in a role where no two days are the same! We’re looking for someone that is hands on and proactive, with an eye for detail and spotting what needs to be done and a determination to get on and sort things out.
You’ll be comfortable working with and around technology, whether that is greeting a robotics company or supporting a colleague or visitor with our AV systems for instance connecting to a screen or setting up a presentation (we’ll train you). You’ll also be a natural organiser, with experience working in a customer facing administrative role. You’ll be warm and unflappable, always able to greet our students and customers with a smile and deal with their questions.
