Henley Careers is a fast-growing and high performing team which provides professional careers support for the students and alumni of Henley Business School and works closely with employers to connect our learners and create opportunities to help them progress their careers successfully.  

We are looking to recruit an organised and personable administrator to help ensure that team operations run smoothly. It is an interesting and varied role which is vital to bringing all the different parts of the business together.

The post holder will provide administrative support and co-ordination, financial operational management, meetings assistance (for example agenda and minutes), events administration and preparation, data entry and general day-to-day duties for the team.

You will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, perhaps gained in a customer-facing or busy office environment
  • High level attention to detail and a methodical and organised approach to your work
  • Excellent understanding and competence in using MS Office applications
  • High standards of customer-focused delivery
  • A pro-active and flexible approach with a patient and welcoming manner
