Post Title: Assistant Administrator (Student Administration)

FTE: 1fte (working 37 hours per week)

Salary: UH4 £24,248 pa to £25,138pa with potential to progress to £27,181pa on achieving designated skills and experience
Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year
Location: College Lane Campus, Hatfield
Main duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who will live the University’s values and will support with administrative activities for courses and students in our Student Administration Service.
This is an interesting and varied position that provides you with an opportunity to gain and enhance your administrative experience, with appropriate training and support.
Skills and experience required
Proven administrative experience in a complex and dynamic organization is desirable. The role requires a high level of accuracy with data input, a strong eye for detail, and the flexibility to work on a wide range of different processes and regulations. You will also need excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to use initiative, and a flexible approach in delivering to deadlines and working effectively with key individuals.
Qualifications required
You will be educated with a minimum of five GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent, or proven professional work experience.
