About the vacancy: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join our International Office team and support the Head of International Business Development and the wider team with recruitment activity.

In this role you will be working across many stakeholder groups including our sponsor and agent networks, colleagues internally and those based overseas, our international admissions team as well as other services within the University. Working in a small team, you will provide excellent customer experience for our core external stakeholder groups by juggling multiple mailboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner. Supporting with incoming visits and administrative tasks for our scholarships and English Language Test. You’ll be a confident communicator, agile to switch priorities in busier times and manage your own workload.

About you: We’re looking for someone who is passionate about international recruitment and can work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to a diverse range of cultures. You’ll have excellent organisational skills and can demonstrate broad-based administrative tasks in a large, complex organisation.

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.

This is a full-time, fixed-term post for 12 months, working 37 hours per week.

Interviews are expected to take place at our Frenchay Campus, date tbc.

This post is not available on a job share basis due to the possibility for in-country and overseas travel.
