From its early origins, the University of Exeter boasts a very proud sporting tradition. We are extremely proud of the levels of sporting engagement within the student population as a whole and sport forms an integral part of the Exeter experience. University of Exeter Sports Clubs have a combined membership of in excess of 8000 and a further 4500 students participate regularly in intramural (internal sports leagues) competition.

You will support the mission of the Athletic Union and the Sports Office, in providing a high quality sporting experience for all students at the University of Exeter.

 Key responsibilities will be to:

-        Administer the financial procedures of the Athletic Union and its constituent clubs

-        Work as part of the AU team, to provide an efficient and effective administration service to its constituent members

-        Be an initial point of contact for external agencies and suppliers, ensuring that appropriate responses are made. Liaising with suppliers and raising PO's for the Athletic Union and its 50 constituent clubs

You will also assist with the provision of AU administrative activities, working collaboratively across all areas to enhance and develop service delivery, as well as to support colleagues at peak times
