Administration Assistant

About the role
In this role you will work as part of a team to support course administration for undergraduate and postgraduate students, from enquiry through to graduation. Providing a flexible and efficient service is key, ensuring both staff and students receive the very best service possible. You will deal with a wide variety of queries regarding process and procedures, providing advice and assistance where required. This is a key role within the team where you will be given the opportunity to identify change and improvements to service where required.
About you
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent you will have experience of data input and accurate record keeping. You will have experience of working as an administrator in a busy environment, with experience of working in higher education desirable, though not essential. With strong organisational and communication skills you will have the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of different methods.
