A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new ACROSS Global Research Project Manager to join the University’s School of Health and Wellbeing.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and has funding available until 30th June 2029.

The post holder will support the planning and delivery of a National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Research and Innovation for Global Health Transformation (RIGHT-6) funded programme grant: Affordable Cardiac Rehabilitation: An Outreach Inter-disciplinary Strategic Study (“ACROSS”). 

The successful candidate will be expected to help manage and direct this complex and challenging project, working closely with study co-Chief Investigators (Professors Rod Taylor and Imran Chaudhry), Project Administrator, Co-applicant team, partner country leads and managers and other partner stakeholders and co-investigators, providing administrative and project support to ensure that study activities are carried out smoothly to ensure that all milestones are achieved and reported to NIHR.

Based in Glasgow, the post will require some travel within and outside of the UK. You will also carry out the drafting of documents for the research study, the writing of reports and assist in editing and preparing manuscripts for publication.
