Applications are invited for the position of Accounts Receivable Supervisor. The postholder will lead all Accounts Receivable activities to ensure timely collection and processing of all College receivable receipts. This role is critical in providing an excellent Accounts Receivable service that is responsive to the needs of all stakeholders, particularly the College's students.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the invoicing and collection of tuition fees from students, sponsors, and other customers.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all College receivable receipts.

Maintain accurate student and sponsor records within the College finance system.

Liaise with Registry and Student Support regarding student-related bursaries and fees.

Provide an excellent Accounts Receivable service, responsive to the needs of all stakeholders, particularly students.

Directly manage the Accounts Receivable Assistant (1 FTE).

Work closely with the Financial Services Manager, Deputy Director of Finance, Registrar, and a wide range of RCA's Heads of Service and budget holders.

Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Supervisor and the Financial Services Manager to ensure effective performance of the transactions team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.

Experience in managing invoicing and collections processes.

Familiarity with financial software systems.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to manage and lead a team.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships with students and other stakeholders.
