The Role and the Department

Financial Services represents the larger part of the Finance Department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Student Services and Cash Management functions.

The Accounts Payable Administrator role will be part of a larger team, working together in this business facing function to support the organisation as a whole and at all levels with respect to managing any payments that the University deems necessary. A Hybrid working environment, in line with business need, is part of the role.

There is an expectation to work in the office on specific days for the running of important processes on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.

The successful candidate with complete tasks in like with keying invoices onto an ERP system on a daily basis, reviewing One Time Payments, reconciling supplier statements and communicating with other departments in order to resolve queries.
