We are looking for someone to join our Account Receivable Team, part of the Finance Department and based at our Farnham Campus.  The successful candidate will be communicating, by email and phone with students regarding their financial obligations to the University.    We have a high volume of queries, and we need you to reply to these promptly and professionally.  You will be analysing and investigating student/customer accounts on both the University’s finance system Unit 4 Business World and student records system.

You will be liaising with key internal and external stakeholders including non-student customers; and ensuring their queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
