Applications are invited for the post of Accommodation Allocation Officer in the Commercial Services Directorate. 

The Accommodation Allocations Officer is responsible for administering all key operational activity relating to the application and allocation processes for students applying to live in Halls accommodation. This post is key in ensuring that occupancy targets are met, and an exceptional service is provided to students. The post holder is expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of accommodation policies and procedures in order to resolve complex queries from staff and students. 

Candidates should have excellent IT skills and a high level of attention to detail.   Excellent organisational skills and an ability to meet deadline is essential in this role. Previous experience of working in or with student accommodation is desirable.
