We are now seeking to appoint an Academic Programme Manager to support the management and delivery of our of degree programmes delivered in partnership with our strategic UK University partner. 

The post holder will contribute to running of a number of degree programmes with advanced standing delivered to students globally online ensuring students receive a high standard of academic environment for their studies. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the student experience, from admission to graduation. You will work closely with senior academic and administrative team to proactively manage the programme, student experience and virtual learning environment.

Primary purpose of job

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of London Graduate School programmes to drive best practice and consistency of student experience including planning, assessment administration, ensuring appropriate academic support for students and faculty is provided.
  • Collaborate with the academic team and others to maintain our virtual learning environment space and ensure content is ready and students have access to course materials.
  • Liaise with the Chief Operating Officer to develop and oversee course delivery and faculty provision for incoming semesters and cohorts.
  • Contribute to live student centred webinars and facilitate one to one support for students on an individual basis as appropriate.
  • Oversee data submissions with accuracy to the partner institutions.

With an academic background, ideally you should possess relevant management experience within the Higher Education sector. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and ideally have sound IT skills.

Previous relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment is essential.

Salary:  Circa £36k - £40k per annum  subject to suitability for role. 

Location: The post holder will be based in our office near Dartford Crossing, Kent and/or in city working office in Canary Wharf.
