Coventry University has a key strategic focus in all areas of postgraduate studies relating to employability, teaching quality and growth.

As part of this strategy, we have implemented bespoke taught professional development modules in leadership and management accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the majority of our Postgraduate (Taught) courses. Working with the Postgraduate Strategy Unit (PGSU), the Academic Marking Assistant will support the teaching team in the assessment of the postgraduate students’ professional development work.

We would like to hear from candidates with academic and professional experience in leadership and management with experience in teaching, learning and assessment at Masters level who want to join an innovative inter-disciplinary team. Our focus on professional development is wide ranging and candidates with a broad range of expertise in one or more the following areas, leadership and management, entrepreneurial practice, organisational health and wellbeing, working with diverse workforces, intercultural and transcultural development and interdisciplinary working.
