The School of Health Sciences is part of a highly successful and vibrant faculty. Frequently commended for our partnership working across the sector, the school delivers a range of undergraduate and post graduate courses leading to registration in nursing, midwifery, and allied healthcare professions. The University has invested over £3 million in the development of state-of-the-art simulation centres, which will further enhance our record of teaching innovation. 

We are seeking to recruit an experienced registered Mental Health Nurse as Maternity cover to support our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has ambition to develop as a nurse educator and academic, having developed teaching and assessing skills through a mentorship/practice assessor role or equivalent. You will play a key role in supporting the team with teaching and learning across our Mental Health Nursing provision. You will also be able to develop your skills working within Higher Education.
