We are seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to lead our Greenwich Business School Timetabling Team as Senior Faculty Timetable Officer. You will be responsible for leading the timetabling team and co-ordinating the planning and delivery of staff and student timetables across the faculty. You will work closely with Deputy Heads of School, and key stakeholders across the rest of the faculty. You will have close working relationships with the University’s Central Timetabling Team, as well as academic and professional services staff across the Greenwich Business School to deliver on key timetabling activities.

You will have great people skills and know how to provide excellent customer service as well as being a supportive colleague and team player. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, experience of anticipating problems and identifying potential solutions, and the ability to manage your own workload.
