The University of Greenwich is seeking to recruit an Executive Officer to provide direct support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor. This role may appeal to someone who is experienced in providing complex administrative support, as well as experience in events or project coordination. 

The role requires proactive, high level and confidential administrative support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor. Including effective diary and inbox management, meeting preparation and management, and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.   This role also includes supporting with events and projects across the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.  

Your reliability and proactive approach will be crucial as you take ownership of your workload, as well as working as part of the Executive Support Team to ensure the smooth running of the office administration.  The successful candidate will also be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and data protection issues within an executive work environment.

In this role, you will be working closely with numerous stakeholders, both within the University and externally, therefore excellent communication skills, in-person and written are essential.
