We have a vacancy in the Practice Based Learning and Placements Team. Our team provides a high standard of Administrative Support to implement and organise placements for students in Education, Health, and Human Sciences. The team is dedicated to working with our partners and stakeholders to deliver sufficient quality placements for our students, maintaining records and working with the Universities online systems.  Successful applicants will be based on the Avery Hill Campus although some travel to the Greenwich Campus will be required throughout the year.

We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience (this does not need to be within a placements environment as this part of the role can be learnt). The successful candidate will however, possess strong communication skills and be able to quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues. You will have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work to achieve objectives. You will require strong IT skills and willing to engage with evolving technologies. You will be required to multi-task, having numerous placements for our students and stakeholders on the go at any one time. Comfortable with rapid change, you are happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.

We are looking for someone with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation. Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial alongside accuracy and an eye for detail.

Should you have any informal enquiries regarding the role please contact the Practice Based Learning and Placements Manager Zoe Thorne [email protected]
