We have a vacancy in our Administrative Team. Our team provides a high standard of support and key programme administration related activities ensuring an efficient and effective service within the Medway School of Pharmacy. The team is dedicated to delivering high quality experiences to both students and staff - from responding to queries, enrolling students, and managing exam board processing, to coordinating the maintenance of records, systems, and reports. Successful applicants will be based on the Medway Campus.

We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience, preferably in a large and complex organisation ideally within higher education. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills.  You can quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues.  You have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work to achieve objectives.  You will have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking, having several projects on the go at any one time. Comfortable with rapid change, you are happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives. Your track record includes servicing formal meetings, using records systems and databases, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation.  Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial alongside accuracy and an eye for detail.
