The Admissions Team, based within the Communications and Recruitment Directorate at our Avery Hill campus, is seeking to appoint one Admissions Assistant, on a permanent basis. The roles sit within a busy and dynamic admissions team responsible for making decisions and processing a large number of applications for admission to the University of Greenwich.

The post holder will support the work the Admissions Office by carrying out a range of routine admissions related tasks, for example, updating applicant records and issuing applicant communications. This will involve working across all applicant groups, including Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Home and International, to support the team in delivering a consistently high quality of service to all applicants. The post holder will also process and resolve standard applications by following entry criteria guidance.

You will have experience of providing good customer service and of data entry. You will also be a good communicator with good attention to detail, and be able understand the use of established practices/procedures/techniques and follow them accurately.
