Wrexham University invites applications for the role of Senior Lecturer in Cyber and Computing specialising in Software Engineering within our Cyber and Computing department. We are actively seeking a motivated individual to contribute significantly to our dynamic academic environment and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Software Engineering program.

In this position, you will be at the forefront of championing excellence in teaching and learning. Your primary responsibility will involve shaping teaching methodologies and curriculum development to ensure delivered programs are not only theoretically sound but also practically oriented, aligning with industry best practices.

Applicants should have experience within an educational setting and Master’s level study in Software Engineering or a closely related technical field. While a PhD in a relevant research area or active progress towards one is preferred, candidates with professional qualifications or substantial industry-based experience will be given due consideration. Welsh language proficiency is considered desirable for this post.
