We have two exciting new roles that have been created to support the University’s academic workload model.

The Performance and Insights Partner functions as a bridge between data analytics and university operations, working to establish a culture of evidence-based decision-making that fosters innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the Aston University 

You will be an integral of the newly formed Data and Analytics Centre of Excellence whilst being dedicated to solving critical and complex business issues within your allocated college. You will develop the insights necessary to better understand our students, support transformation initiatives, identify operational efficiencies and enhance our student experience. 

Educated to degree level, you will be highly organised, collaborative, able to work autonomously in a complex environment and possess excellent data analytical skills.
