Conference Aston is a vibrant hotel (163 bedrooms) and Conference Centre located on the University campus. The venue welcomes over 50,000 visitors per year and hosts a wide range of conferences & events.

The key requirements of the role are to maintain the upkeep of the building & equipment, to ensure the building is maintained to the highest quality and the contents provide a fit and safe place of work for the Health and Safety of the staff and visitors.

The applicant should have experience in working in a similar position or environment with a detailed understanding of the working environment being compliant, safe, and secure. Experience of building safety compliance is critical.
