We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Enrollment for Postgraduate Programs (Masters, MBA, EMBA), focusing on Middle East countries, listed at the end of this document. 

This position will be based in Dubai, UAE and will play a key role in leading our Middle East enrolment team, with a primary emphasis on postgraduate student enrollment from the Gulf Cooperative Council Countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. 

1.  Team Leadership: 

·  Lead, motivate, and manage a team of enrollment advisors, conversion      specialists and enrollment coordinators based in the Dubai office 

·  Foster an inclusive team culture that is employee and student focused. 

·  Cultivate a workplace culture of excellence and camaraderie, actively motivating the sales team to exceed targets through innovative strategies, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements 

·  Develop and execute a regional sales strategy specific to the Middle East, aligned with overall organizational goals. 

·  Oversee the entire sales cycle within the region, identifying and implementing improvements as needed and directing the priorities at the various stages of the enrollment cycle. 

·  Drive student enrollment strategy to achieve substantial growth in the six strategic GCC countries 

·  Nurture relationships with proven regional university feeders, focusing on ways to engage their senior student population progressing onto Masters programs. 

·  Build a network of education agents and work directly with them to recruit high caliber students 

·  Monthly analysis of trends, working with individual team members to ensure they are on track to achieve their targets 

·  Translate strategic and operational goals into actionable plans for the team. 

·  Track key performance metrics, holding the team accountable for their responsibilities. 

·  Recruit high quality talent for any open positions 

·  Implement coaching and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. 

·  Identifying top sales staff within the region and creating retention plans with the goal of binding strong talent to the organization, within the region or across other (central) offices. 

·  4+ years of successful B2C/consultative selling experience. 

·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

·  Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. 

·  Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify trends in data and combine with individual insights coming from the team or directly from students. 

·  Adaptable to dynamic work environments and shifting priorities. 

·  Proven resiliency and determination in the midst of demanding targets, hyper-competitive markets and results-focused work. 

·  University graduate, preferably with a Business and/or MBA degree.
