The Department of Mathematics at National Cheng Kung University invites applicants for several tenure-track positions starting on August 1, 2022, at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the areas of pure and applied mathematics and related fields, such as probability and statistics, operations research, mathematical economics and computational mathematics, will be considered. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and a commitment to research and teaching. Applicants must also be fluent in Mandarin Chinese as lectures are usually conducted in this language. A normal teaching load consists of teaching one or two 3-hour classes each semester, depending class sizes.
