Student assistant (approx. 10-20% in hourly wages) for event organization at the WIDE (Well-being, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity) working group of the D-GESS at ETH Zurich.


Project background

The WIDE working group was founded in spring 2021 and consists of students and scientific / administrative staff. The group is divided into several working groups and is actively involved in improving the study and work climate at D-GESS.


Job description

As a student assistant with an hourly wage (approx. CHF 28/h), you will support the administrative staff in the organizational work related to WIDE events and workshops. You will be available as a contact person for interested parties, take care of the mailbox and website, produce communication material (flyers, posters) and be present during the events organized by the group. In the course of your work, you will gain insight into various projects, can actively participate, and contribute your own ideas.
