As ETH's central hub for artificial intelligence, the ETH AI Center (ai.ethz.ch ) fosters research excellence, industry innovation, and AI entrepreneurship to promote trustworthy, accessible, and inclusive AI systems for the benefit of society. We are looking for passionate and engaging students to support the Operations Team at the ETH AI Center.


Job description
  • Assist with the onboarding and off-boarding processes of our faculty members, post-docs, and PhD fellows.
  • Plan and prepare for small internal events, such as meetings, workshops, guest lectures, and meet-ups.
  • Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Design and order promotional products.
  • Create and maintain the knowledge transfer database at the centre.
  • Perform other administrative tasks: schedule appointments, take minutes of meetings, manage incoming and outgoing letters, etc.

We are looking for a student who can support the team for up to 15 hrs/week (during the semester) and up to 41 hrs/week (during the semester break) as a student assistant for a minimum of 1 year.


Your profile
  • Currently matriculated at a University in Switzerland for at least 2 more semesters.
  • Effective communication in English (level C1).
  • Good time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethics.
