Your mission :
GMF and IPESE from EPFL are looking for a prominent scientist (post doc or equiv.) with an engineering background (micro-technic, micro/nano fabrication) to develop a fast experimentation device in the field of the Perovskite solar cells with high throughput production techniques. The work will mainly concern the development of an integrated approach for developing, testing and producing Perovskite cells systems.
Main duties and responsibilities include :
- Together with manufacturing and mechanical design researchers from the HES, develop a manufacturing process to make Perovskite cells production automatic in the perspective of high throughput experiments.
- Integrate machine learning and design of experiments in the automatic production line.
- Extrapolate the production lines concept to industrial scale
Your profile :
Engineering in micro technic or micro fabrication with experience in manufacturing processes development integrating techniques like 3D printing, PVD or nano-deposition and process automation for high throughput operation with an interest in machine learning and advanced manufacturing techniques
