The successful candidate should be MD, have a speciality in neurology. She/he should be experienced in teaching neurology and neuroscience at university level. Courses are taught in French and/or German.
Qualified applicants must have an outstanding track record of successful independent research. The successful candidate will develop an internationally recognized competitive research programme sustained by external funding. Clinic activities and collaboration with local research groups are desirable.
A clinical activity (e.g. 20%-30%) is possible in the neurology service of the Cantonal Hospital Fribourg.
