Starting date: The proposed starting date is flexible but is envisioned to be February 1st, 2022.

Duration of appointment: The desired minimum duration of the current appointment is two years. Extension is possible upon mutual agreement.

Your profile

You should have earned a PhD degree from an internationally recognized institution, typically in one of the following areas: mechanical/chemical engineering, physics, or materials science focusing on nanoengineered surfaces and interfacial phenomena.

Candidates with extensive knowledge of thermodynamics, interfacial phenomena, surface science, micro/nanoscale fabrication, and materials/device characterization methods are highly recommended to apply. Additional experience in other clean room methods is a plus. You should have an excellent knowledge of the English language and excellent communication skills.
