The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is a world-leading institute in global health with a particular focus on low- and middle-income countries. Associated with the University of Basel, Swiss TPH combines research, education and services at local, national and international levels. 900 people from 80 nations work at Swiss TPH focusing on infectious and non-communicable diseases, environment, society and health as well as health systems and interventions.
The Swiss TPH hosts the Editorial Office (EO) of the International Journal of Public Health (IJPH) and the Public Health Reviews (PHR) two peer reviewed high impact scholarly journals with global scopes. The journals are owned by the non-profit Swiss School of Public Health and published Open Access with Frontiers (Lausanne).
We are seeking an administratively talented Managing Editor 60 - 80% (Hybrid Working) to head the Editorial Office of IJPH and PHR with support of an assistant and temporary interns.
