What you’ll be doing here

  • Independently acquire and manage externally funded research and consulting projects in the field of sustainable business with a focus on social innovation
  • With your expertise and commitment, contribute actively to the development and analysis of social networks as well as to the further development and positioning of the Institute for Sustainable Business
  • Engage in innovative teaching and/or continuing education activities at the Business School, specifically in the area of sustainability and social innovation
  • Support our efforts to bring about a forward-looking transformation of economics

What you’ll bring with you

  • Doctorate in economics or business administration (or a comparable field) or completion of your doctorate in the near future
  • Evidence of an applied research profile in the areas of social innovation, social entrepreneurship and/or sustainability transformation
  • Experience in the acquisition and management of research projects and network of contacts including important stakeholders in the thematic areas
  • Teaching experience at a university, ideally in the field of sustainability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English in line with the needs of the target group, ideally knowledge of other foreign languages
