The Immersive Realities Research Lab was established in 2018 and investigates how people use augmented and virtual reality technologies.

Current AR/VR projects include among others participatory design within urban planning projects, a serious game for beekeepers, a hybrid art exhibition, and tangible learning tools for teaching about electricity.
