Our research activities include translational and clinical research in the field of dermatology, including inflammatory skin disorders and skin cancer. The department is accordingly well equipped for experimentally and pre-clinical research utilising cell and tissue cultures, and with methods of molecular biology, immunology, histology, as well as bioinformatics.
We are looking for an experienced laboratory assistant who is highly motivated, can work independently but is also interactive with the broader laboratory team.
Your responsibilities
The appointed research technician will conduct experimental work in the area of skin inflammation.
  • Perform various immunological and molecular biology techniques such as immunohistochemical /-fluorescence stainings, FACS, RNA/DNA isolation, Western Blot
  • (Sterile) work with cell and tissue cultures
  • Maintenance of general laboratory operations

Your profile
  • Biomedical analyst with at least 2 years of professional experience (or Master degree in Life Sciences)
  • Language skills: English (good in spoken and written) and German (basic)
