Assistant Professorship with Tenure Track in Digital Higher Education

The University of Zurich invites applications for a position as an assistant professorship with tenure track in digital higher education. The position should be filled by 1 August 2024.
This is a joint professorship with the University of Teacher Education Zurich (PHZ) and the appointee will be active in research and teaching at both institutions. A willingness and ability to work in different organizational environments is essential. The successful candidate is expected to contribute with empirical findings to the development of digital teaching in contemporary higher education. The majority of the appointee's teaching will be in the form of continuing education for members of the teaching staff.
Candidates must hold a PhD degree at the time of application and have an excellent record of academic achievements in the relevant field. Teaching may be carried out in English. Non-German speaking candidates are expected to acquire a working knowledge of German within the first three years of their appointment.
