Your task as an SI Leader is to guide the students and structure the SI sessions in an optimal way. You are there to help the students to sort out, and shed light on, the components of the course that are experienced as difficult, to act as the leader of exercises and moderator in discussions, to address and solve these difficult components. Except for planning and leading SI sessions your duties include:

- Marketing. We expect you to market SI and your sessions.
- Take and report attendance after each session.
- Write a reflective report after each session.
- Schedule your sessions in cooperation with the SI group at LTH and the schedulers.
- Cooperate with the course teacher to exchange information and facilitate planning.
- Other duties may occur.

One prerequisite for your employment is that you attend the two-day SI training in August. The training for master’s programmes at LTH is scheduled for the 26th and 27th of August. Should you be unable to attend, other training opportunities will be provided by the European Centre of SI-PASS at Lund University. You will be invited to the training in connection with your employment.

Working hours are teaching hours, Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00.
