The Unit for International mobility is part of the Division for Internationalisation and is responsible for administration and dissemination of international mobility opportunities for students at Uppsala University. We are looking for a number of students who have previous or ongoing experience in international mobility.

Duties
In a team of Study Abroad Ambassadors you will, in cooperation with the Unit for International Mobility, raise awareness of the various types of international mobility available to students at Uppsala University. The team will need to plan and execute both physical and digital events in a professional manner as well as create content for our social media channels. Each member of the team is anticipated to work approximately 120-150 working hours during the academic year 2022-2023.

Requirements
In order to apply to join the team you will need to be a registered student at Uppsala University during the academic year 2022-2023, be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and match one of the following criteria:

  • You have completed an academic exchange of one or two semesters at one of Uppsala University’s partners.
  • You have completed an Erasmus internship.
  • You have taken part in the Minor Field Studies (MFS) program.

    • Additional qualifications
    You have experience of working with social media and/or Canva and you have good verbal presentation skills.

    About the employment
    The employment is hourly. Salary is an hourly rate of 135 SEK. Starting date as agreed. Placement: Uppsala.
