Updated: about 1 month ago
Job Type: FullTime
Deadline: 03 Mar 2024

Description of the workplace
The research group is active within the Department of Clinical Genetics, which conducts world-leading cancer research with strong translational goals. The research mainly covers synthetic immunology, which involves strategies where the ability of the immune system to perform complex functions is rationally exploited. The goal is to improve cell-based immunotherapy of cancer for which immune cells are programmed to seek out and eliminate malignant cells. The research is based on developing new complex genetic networks in immune cells that are studied in a combination of in vitro and in vivo models which are evaluated via, among other things, multiparametric flow cytometry and high-resolution sequencing techniques.

The department has great cooperation between research groups and with a wide range of excellence in various fields and offers an open work environment.
