Do you want to contribute to improving human health?

We are recruiting a research assistant to provide support to the Professor Anders Sönnerborg´s group. The research focus is on regulation of HIV latency and replication We are exploring HIV cure along different lines. The present position is focused on the role of NK cells in this regulation. This is studied mainly in cell-lines but also in primary patient samples from our biobank, utilizing diverse technologies such as advanced flowcytometry, and various in vitro cell assays.

The position will be for 3 months and be placed at Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine Huddinge. The experimental research is done at ANA Futura Lab, Campus Flemingsberg. The research group and the department offer an engaging and international research environment where a research assistant will have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality research and capacity building at the international top level.
