We are looking for a Research Assistant (Forskningsassistent) to Marie Löf’s IMPACT Research group (https://ki.se/en/bionut/the-impact-research-group-marie-lof) , working under the guidance of Researcher Ioannis Ioakeimidis. The group performs school-based research on recording and analyzing local Swedish food environment parameters (e.g., local food advertisement content analysis), in tandem with socio-demographic and built-environment factors. Local student population food- and health-related beliefs, perceptions and attitudes are also studied. You will closely work with scientific staff in the IMPACT group to collect and analyze relevant quantitative and qualitative data, both through eHealth and qualitative methodologies, helping to build a robust dataset to support further research studies and public health interventions.

Similarly, hands on experience with qualitative data collection and analysis of qualitative datasets, particularly including children (e.g., focus groups interviews etc), is very relevant. Strong oral and written skills in English is required. You must also be able to understand oral and written Swedish, due to the nature of the required qualitative data collection/analysis, and fluent communication in Swedish will be appreciated.
