Amanuense at Embedded Electronic System Design program

An amanuensis position lets you work with helping other students to understand topics that you are interested in. The schedule is flexible and possible to combine with your studies.

Information about the division/the project
The Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience offers a broad range of courses in semiconductor technology and electronics. These include the MSc level courses DAT094, MCC092, DAT110, and DAT116, which are given in the program Embedded Electronic System Design . These courses have laborative elements which the students need to complete, and also lab reports and/or other assignments.

Job description
We now recruit several teaching assistants (“amanuenses”) for the courses listed above. Primarily, you will work in the course lab, to help and support the students when they work on the lab assignments, or with other tutoring. In some courses, you will also be asked to review student submissions or support the teachers in other ways.

NOTE: please state in your application which of the courses you are interested in. Duration will be adjusted accordingly.

Contract terms
Temporary part-time (15-20%) employment.

Qualifications
You are an active Chalmers student with a BSc or HI degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or engineering physics. You have an interest in electronics design and a passion for teaching. You are expected to have passed the course in which you will work; good grades are meritorious.
