Support Technician (Ref: Support Technician 2022-04 JRG)

The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a Support Technician. This position will be funded by the Industrial Project SLAGCO2.

ICIQ is committed to performing excellent research at the frontier of knowledge in the broad area of chemistry (Catalysis, Artificial Photosynthesis, Activation of Small Molecules, Photovoltaics, Functional Molecular Assemblies and Chemical Biology, from either theoretical or experimental perspectives). ICIQ is looking for a Support Technician to work in the group of Prof. J.R. Galan-Mascaros.

• We are looking for a person with a solid background in chemical engineering who has an interest in CO2 capture and valorization, including chemical analysis and scale-up to reactor prototype.
• The candidate will write results analyses and scientific reports.
