- Development of codes using Python for retrieving chemical and oxidation state information from EELS data. The software will be aimed for its use in multiple-spectrum datasets.
- Development of codes combining clustering and NLLS.
- Program and test support vector machines and neural networks algorithms for EELS data.
- Generalize the tool for advanced 3D reconstruction of EELS spectrum volumes by combining them with the total variation minimization algorithm.
- Development of an interactive and modular graphical interface.
