Experience in haemostasis evaluation techniques for the study of thrombopathies, hemophilia and other congenital coagulopathies.
Experience in flow cytometry: data management and analysis
Experience in technologies and bioinformatic analysis of NGS: WES, gene panels, RNAseq, etc.
Experience in cell culture and molecular biology for the study of cell signaling mechanisms in platelets and megakaryocytes.
Experience in fluorescence and confocal microscopy: sample processing and use of confocal microscope.
Experience in the generation and characterization of mouse models with hemostatic disorders.
Experience in the genetic and molecular study of telomeropathies (aplastic anemia or dyskeratosis congenita): analysis of telomere length and telomerase activity.
Experience in managing research projects.
