Functions to develop:
- Induction of cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage in experimental animal models
- To determine the levels of extracellular vesicles and brain repair markers in the serum of patients and animals with stroke by molecular biology techniques
- Determine damage/repair markers in histological brain sections in experimental animal models by immunohistochemistry and Wester/Blot
- Monitoring and follow-up of intracerebral hemorrhage using the ultrasound technique in an animal model.
- Visualization of peripheral organs by ultrasound in the rat.
