"Maintenance of cell culture: cell lines, primaries
Maintenance of stock and inventory of lab reagents
Sterilization and basic maintenance cell culture room tasks Organization and storage of
biological samples Support in molecular biology, genomics and transcriptomics protocols
DNA and RNA isolation
Genomics and transcriptomics techniques: scWGA, PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR
Quality controls of DNA, RNA and sequencing libraries
Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) libraries preparation: technologies such as Ion
Torrent, Illumina, etc.
Be updated on NGS technical news and protocols related to libraries preparation and
sequencing"
