Offer Description
- Compiling and managing multispecies genomic databases
- Compiling and managing multispecies phenomic databases
- Carrying out based phylogenomic analysis
- Carrying out advanced genome-phenome analysis upon phylogenies
- Interpretation of results, including, but not limited to, the use of advanced publica databases containing functional information.

Specific Requirements
- Bachelor/master’s degree in Biology.
- Training in Bioinformatics
- Programming skills: Advanced programming skills in Python, NextFlow/Groovy, etc
- Statistical Skulls: Advanced, including programming in R.
- Experience with Genome-phenome analysis techniques using phylogenetic approaches
- Experience with large phylogenomic datasets (MSA, large and heterogeneous phenotypic databases)
- Experience in international consortia.
- Highly developed organization skills.
- Someone who is highly motivated.
- Someone who can work in a group.
