Optimization of the benefits of ground covers in vineyards: Environmental and economic sustainability, and data transfer in real-time (5G).

Study the relationship between soil-plant-climatic parameters in precision viticulture. Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.

TASKS TO BE COMPLETED:

* Field work: make periodic visits to the study area (vineyard located in Betanzos) to collect soil samples, download

data from the devices installed in the field (soil physical parameters), and basic tasks of maintenance.

* Laboratory work: handling and preparation of soil samples in order to perform measurements of soil physical

(Kfs, pF, particle size), chemical (N-P-K, SOC) and biological (breathing) properties.

* Office work: periodic download of data stored in the cloud and measured in the field with the soil devices and

instruments, weather station and leaf moisture sensor. Data pre-processing and further basic statistical analysis.
