DEGREE: maximum 20 points. Average grade in the degree: >9=20 points; >8=15 points; >7=10 points; 7-6.5=5 points; <6.5=3 points

TRAINING AND EXPERTISE IN GENDER STUDIES: maximum 15 points.

Training in gender studies: maximum 5 points. Courses on gender studies: maximum of 2 points for each of the training courses

Participation in research projects on gender issues, funded in competitive calls: maximum 10 points. International projects: 5 points each project; national or regional projects: 2.5 each project

TRAINING AND EXPERTISE IN QUALITATIVE METHODS:

maximum 15 pointsTraining in qualitative methods: maximum 10 points. A maximum of 2 points for each training course-Participation in research projects using qualitative methods: maximum 5 points. >1 year=5 points; >6 months=2.5 points; 6-2 months=1 point.

4. TRAINING AND EXPERTISE IN QUANTITATIVE METHODS: maximum 15 points - Training in quantitative methods, in R or Stata: maximum 10 points. A maximum of 2 points for each training course. -Participation in research projects using quantitative methods: maximum 5 points. >1 year=5 points; >6 months=2.5 points; 6-2 months=1 point.

5. ENGLISH: maximum 15 points. B2=8 points; C1=12 points; C2=15 points.

6. INTERVIEW: maximum 20 points. Personal interview to the candidates with higher scores in the previous sections.
