Research support technician

MERIT ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

- Academic record of the Bachelor's degree or equivalent: up to 4 points (2 points for MH, 1 point for SB, 0.5 points

for NT, 0.25 point for AP). A degree in Computer Science will be given double the number of points.

- Academic records in Computer Engineering degrees, in the mentions of Software Engineering, Information

Systems and Computer Science, will be especially valued with 5 points.

- Demonstrable knowledge (with supporting documents) in compact data structures, in the implementation of

web-based information systems: up to 10 points. Up to 5 points may be given for each year of experience/course

in activities or projects where the candidate proves the use of the referred technologies.

- Personal interview, provided that a minimum of 10 points is reached in the previous sections, and there is more

than one well positioned candidate: up to 6 points. The personal qualities of the candidate will be valued, as well

as the motivation to carry out research activities within the framework of a research training plan (master's

degree, thesis...).
